Massage Therapist Program
624 Hours/31 Weeks (Approved/Accredited by BPPVE and ABHES). Massage therapy involves the skilled use of Swedish massage strokes and other massage techniques to create therapeutic effects throughout the body. This program is designed to provide students with the basic skills necessary for employment as a massage therapist.
Massage Therapy/Sports Massage Therapist Program
1029 Hours/48 Weeks (Approved/Accredited by BPPVE and ABHES). This program covers all subjects of the 624-hour program, but with more details and advanced techniques. The program begins with 216 hours of basic massage, massage therapy fundamentals, musculoskeletal system study, and business law and ethics. The next section includes individual muscles, hydrotherapy, and sports massage. Systems of the body, advanced and complementary techniques, assessment, clinical pathologies, advanced sports massage, Asian bodywork methods, aromatherapy, specialty massage techniques, and reflexology are presented.

Financial Aid
AIMT strives to make quality education affordable. We participate in the U.S. Department of Education's Federal Financial Aid Programs, and a variety of financial aid programs are available to those who qualify. Federal programs may include federal PELL grants, Stafford loans (subsidized and unsubsidized), or PLUS Loans. AIMT is a participant in GI Bill benefits, and Sallie Mae student loan programs.
