Business

Developing new products to make our lives better. Using new technology. And of course, making money. These are a few reasons why you might choose a career in business.

It’s a big field with many possible opportunities. Some include business administration, facility management, human resources, operations management, marketing, production, and communications. Careers exist in large corporations, small businesses, and even the government and non-profit organizations. From Wall Street to Main Street, business is what keeps America moving forward.

To get ahead, training may be important. The U. S. Department of Labor says that top executives often have a bachelor’s or graduate degree in liberal arts, business administration, or a business-related specialty. Entry-level jobs may require an associate degree in business or management for secretarial, mailroom, and related support activities.*

“The business of America is business,” said President Calvin Coolidge. It’s still true today! Check out a business school on Education-For-Careers, and take the first step towards rewarding new career.
