They are topic-related courses that can be applied to and translated into new ideas. Program Quality—the art of it all Programs build upon the “art” of each profession as a foundation for study. CSF’s interdisciplinary approach is distinguished by its programs in the arts with a well-rounded liberal arts program base, empowering students to develop a thorough understanding of their profession and their aspirations, putting students on the path to becoming well-rounded, creative problem-solving professionals. Facilities—an environment that balances creative freedom with direction and inspiration CSF is one of only two colleges in the nation with a professional film studio on campus. Films ranging from “City Slickers” to “No Country for Old Men” have been filmed at CSF’s Garson Studios. CSF also houses other arts facilities including a theatre center, art history center, photographic arts center, and creative writing center. Students get hands-on experience in their first year at CSF, working on sets, collaborating with professionals, and developing expertise with the latest technology in their fields.
Hybrid Programs Since 1980, CSF has offered working adults convenient access to undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and education. This is a hybrid program (online/on campus), where most of the content and activity is taken and completed online, but students are required to attend one face-to-face session for each course.
