Heald College is regionally accredited through the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education and the U.S. Department of Education.
Financial Aid
Heald College is committed to helping students take advantage of financial aid opportunities. Programs that are available to qualified students may include Federal Pell Grants, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG), State Cal Grants, Heald Merit Scholarships, Federal Work Study, Federal Stafford Student Loans (subsidized and unsubsidized), Federal PLUS Loans, and Private Lender Alternative Loans.
Employer reimbursement may be available at a student's
workplace. Students who are currently employed should check with the human resources department at their place of work.

The Heald College career services team strives to make the transition from college to the workplace as smooth as possible. While we cannot guarantee any graduate a job, we make every effort to assist our students to find rewarding entry-level positions. We offer internships and externships, career fairs and on-campus interviews, guidance counseling, and job placement assistance.
