About Welcome to Founded in 1933, DEGREE COMPLETION PROGRAM The Degree Completion Program (DCP) is designed for adults age 25 or older who can transfer in at least 45 credits to our college. This program offers a bachelor’s degree with a major in Bible. DCP offers both online and on campus courses. These courses are in an accelerated format. Accelerated refers to the fact that, not only are the courses fast-paced, but you can earn college credits in a shorter time frame than semester-based courses. Each course is just six weeks in length and three semester credits are earned per course. You can complete the entire program online as there are no on-campus requirements. Or, if you live close enough to Life Learning Credit Besides taking courses, you might be able to receive additional credits for prior life learning. These credits can be from a number of different sources, including military training, workshops, seminars, self-study, noncredit classes, licenses, training programs, work/ministry experiences and by examination. Please note that it is the learning from these sources that is evaluated and results in credit hours being awarded. Adult Friendly Degree Program Instructional modules are scheduled in a way that allows you to fit the program into an already busy lifestyle. In fact, students enrolled in the online program can complete their weekly assignments at times convenient to them. As an on campus student you would meet just one night a week (Tuesday nights from Degree Completion Program Objectives In the Degree Completion Program you will be able to: * Complete a bachelor's degree in as few as 10 courses depending on the number of credits you transfer into the program. * Improve communication and other leadership and ministry skills and strengthen your position in the job market. * Receive individualized instruction and specific attention in any challenging areas. * Gain satisfaction in fulfilling your educational goal. * And accomplish many other things not listed here! Accreditation Financial Aid Located in At The College’s Financial Aid Office assists students in developing a sensible financial plan. The College offers numerous scholarships, federal and state grants, as well as loans to qualified students.
