MTTI-WellSpring

MTTI-WellSpring offers certification programs in massage therapy, personal fitness training and wellness. At MTTI-WellSpring, students receive hands-on instruction from practitioner instructors who will inspire them to achieve new heights as they develop an exciting new career.
MTTI-WellSpring offers both a daytime and evening/weekend schedules to meet student’s lifestyle needs. Depending on the program and schedule chosen, students can complete their training in between 6 months and a year. MTTI-WellSpring also offers a wide variety of continuing education classes and workshops for those who want to develop a new skill or just expand their horizons within the field of natural health and wellness.
Massage Therapy Program
The Massage Therapy Program prepares students to become nationally certified and licensed in most states and municipalities. The program offers a comprehensive approach to training, incorporating a wide range of techniques and modalities, but also covering business practices, ethics and general wellness coursework. The well-balanced curriculum integrates theory, technique, and practical experience. The program includes extensive training outside the classroom including time in the student clinic, participation in community service events, and fulfillment of their externship requirements.
Fitness Training & Wellness Program
The Fitness Training & Wellness Program prepares students to become a Certified Personal Trainer. The program offers extensive hands-on training delivered by experienced instructors who are active in the industry, and includes extensive training in general wellness concepts. Graduates are eligible to sit for two separate NASM certification exams that, once passed, will give them an edge in securing employment at fitness clubs, wellness centers and corporate wellness facilities. Successful graduates have the knowledge to design training programs for all clients, from fitness enthusiasts to sports performance clients, and to guide them toward achieving their respective goals
Accreditation
MTTI-WellSpring is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Board of Health Education Schools (ABHES), and is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. MTTI-WellSpring is also approved to operate by both the Missouri Department of Higher Education and the Kansas Board of Regents.
Financial Aid
MTTI-WellSpring administers loans to those who qualify through Sallie Mae Financial Corporation, Missouri and Kansas Workforce Investment Acts, and Veterans Education Assistance. MTTI is also approved by the U.S. Department of Education to offer Federal Title IV program loans and grants to students who qualify. We encourage all applicants to meet with an Admissions Advisor, who then schedules an appointment for the applicant to meet with the Financial Aid department.
Career Services
While we cannot guarantee a job to any graduate, MTTI-WellSpring's career services team assists our students to identify appropriate job opportunities. Before practicing professional massage therapy, graduates may be required to become licensed. Licensing requirements vary according to state or city.
