Medical Assisting is one of the top three fastest growing fields in America. Medical assistants are multi-skilled practitioners with a wide range of clinical and administrative duties. Exciting opportunities exists for you in physician’s offices, hospitals, clinics, HMO’s and other healthcare settings. • Business Office Support
Students are prepared for employment within an office setting as support members of the office team. The program includes a wide variety of computer skills using Microsoft Office Applications and computerized accounting software.
• Medical Office Administration
Students are prepared for employment within the medical field as office support specialists. The program includes medical terminology, administrative office procedures and computerized office procedures, and computer skills using Microsoft Office Applications.
• Massage Therapy
The Massage Therapy program prepares students for a rewarding career in therapeutic massage. Students will be engaged in medical and educational courses that provide the essential foundation for the massage techniques required in this fast growing healthcare field.
• Medical Billing & Coding
Students are provided comprehensive training in the area of billing and coding, immersed in terminology, diagnostic, procedural coding, and record management required for healtchare professionals.
• Medical Assisting
Students are prepared for entry-level careers in the medical field. Upon completion this certification program, students are eligible to take the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification examination.
• Culinary Arts
Students are prepared for exciting entry-level careers in food service preparation. The program offers a combination of academic, laboratory, and hands-on classes to develop skills in food production methods, cost control, nutrition, sanitation, and food marketing.
• Office Support Specialist
Students are prepared for entry-level office support positions. The program includes computer and analytical skills using software applications.
